1. Directly by the users themselves by means of the user's own delivery via the registration form on the website. For the purpose of providing the appropriate services, the user is obliged to provide Ritual with the following information:

  2. cell phone number
  3. email address
2. From other sources (data available by connecting Facebook and/or Google account for user registration)
3. Automatically, by visiting our website where the data are network identifiers (e.g., Google Analytics for tracking user interaction).

Right to access personal information

Ritual is obligated as a processing manager on the basis of the submitted written request of the user (which may also be in the form of electronic mail), to provide access to personal information, inform them for the purpose of collecting and processing personal data, about the type of personal data that is collected and processed.


Right to correct inaccurate data

Ritual will, as a processing manager, allow correction of incorrect personal information when it is found that the personal data collected on the user is incorrect or there has been a change in user data.


Ritual will delete the personal data of the user in the following cases:

  1. when the personal information of the user is no longer necessary to fulfill the processing purpose
  2. when a user withdraws his consent as a legal basis for data processing, and there is no other legal basis for data processing
  3. when a user complains about data processing
  4. when personal data is illegally processed
  5. when the personal data have to be deleted in order to fulfill the legal obligations of the European Union law or the Member State to which the data processing manager is responsible to

Right to restrict data processing

Ritual will provide a restriction on the processing of personal data in cases where the user disputes the accuracy of the data, when data processing is illegal and the user is opposed to the deletion of data and as a substitute requires a restriction of their use, when the processing manager no longer needs personal data for processing but the user requests the data to fulfill legal requirements, when a user objects to processing personal data.


Right to delete data

User can delete their account and personal data within the user dashboard. Before deleting the account, the user is asked to confirm that they want to delete their account. After confirmation from the user, all collected user data is deleted.


Right to invoke complaints

The user has the right to file an objection to processing personal data concerning him if the data is processed for the legitimate interests of the processing manager. In such a case, Ritual, as the processing manager, will stop processing personal data unless it demonstrates that there are convincing legitimate reasons for processing personal data.
